Gone, but never forgotten.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
Thinly slice bagels into crisp sized pieces (approx 3mm thick).
Lightly brush both sides of each crisp with olive oil, and sprinkle the tray of bagel pieces with salt to taste.
Bake for four minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and flip the crisps. Return to the oven and bake for a further 3 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container. Best eaten within two days of baking.
