Ham and beetroot jam bagel
An easy recipe for brunch with friends and family – only takes a few minutes to prepare
- 1 packet of ABE’S Bagels – Sesame Seed
- ½ tsp butter
- seed mustard
- beetroot jam (recipe on bite.co.nz or use store-bought)
- slices of ham
- marinated peppers (recipe on bite.co.nz or use store-bought)
- fresh rocket
- sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper
Split and lightly toast 2 halves of ABE’S Super Sesame Seed Bagels, then butter. Spread one side with seed mustard and the other with beetroot. Top with slices of ham, marinated peppers (recipe of bite.co.nz) and fresh rocket. Season with sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
