• 400g ham off the bone
  • 120g gouda, grated
  • 120g cheddar, grated
  • 50g parmesan, finely grated
  • 50g butter
  • 4 x The Multigrain ABE'S Bagels

Get a load of this iconic piece of bagel art. Introducing.. The Grilled Ham & Three Cheese Toastie. It’s the perfect brunch for a cold winter weekend, and our Multigrain Bagel is the perfect vessel.


Cut bagels in half and top with half of the cheddar cheese followed by the ham, gouda, parmesan and remaining cheddar. Place the bagel lid on top.

Melt butter in a large non-stick frypan over a medium heat. Add the bagels and fry for 3 minutes or until the base is golden brown. Carefully flip the bagels over, press down on them with the back of a spatula and fry for another 3 minutes. Cut bagels in half before serving.
