Hola! We’re fanatical about flavour so when we wanted something spicy, smokey and full of flavour we thought what better way than to combine with the award winning Culley’s Chipotle hot sauce.

The Mexican flavours mixed with smoked jalapeño peppers, charred capsicum, Spanish paprika and a tomato base, will have your tongue tingling to the salsa beat.

Available in all NZ leading supermarkets. RRP $3.49.

  1. 1 packet of ABE’S Bagels Chipotle flavoured bagel crisps
  2. 250g skinned and boned salmon
  3. 1 tsp of sesame oil
  4. 1 tsp of horseradish
  5. ½ tsp fish sauce
  6. ½ tsp finely grated ginger
  7. ½ lime of zest and juice
  8. freshly ground black pepper

Mix the ingredients all together and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Add ½ a cup of blanched and refreshed edamame beans. Cut ½ a mango into small dice size pieces and finely shred a sheet of nori. Toss all ingredients to combine. Lay ABE’S Culley’s Chipotle Bagel Crisps on to a serving platter, add small spoonfull’s of the salmon mix and top with a drizzle of Chipotle mayonnaise.
