Using an electric beater, beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add the icing sugar and vanilla extract and beat for 3 – 4 minutes or until well incorporated. Add 3/4 of the chopped chocolate and fold through.
Cut bagels in half and lightly toast. Top with a generous smear of peanut butter cream cheese and sprinkle over remaining dark chocolate.
