• 12 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 8 hash browns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons HP or tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 x The Sesame ABE'S Bagels

A bagel stack of epic proportions. Greasy, delicious goodness for your weekend cravings.


Place the bacon on a lined baking tray under the grill. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Drain bacon on a paper towel.
Cook hash browns using packet instructions.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick fry pan. Fry eggs, 4 at a time until whites are no longer clear but yolks are still runny.
Cut the bagels in half and lightly toast.

Top bagels with your favourite sauces, hash browns, eggs, bacon and cheddar cheese.
