BISCOFF & STRAWBERRY CRUNCH BAGEL

Ingrediants

  • 1 ½ cups of mixed berries
  • ½ a juiced lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • A generous spread of Lotus Biscoff spread
  • A handful of Lotus Biscoff Biscuits crunched
  • 4 x The Natural ABE’S Bagels
  • Chopped strawberries to serve

Simple meets fresh, and spiced buttery Biscoff

 

Method

Using a saucepan, add the strawberries, and lemon juice. Heat on medium to high heat for approx 3 to 4 minutes, bring mixture to the boil. Reduce the heat slightly and stir for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the maple syrup to the pan towards the end.

Remove from heat. Cut bagels in half and toast until golden brown.

Smear Biscoff spread on both tops of the bagels, top with berry compote, and chopped strawberries.
