Place the bacon in a lined baking tray under the grill. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
Melt butter in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the bananas and fry on both sides until golden and caramelised.
Cut bagels in half and lightly toast.
Top bagels with bacon, caramelised bananas and maple syrup.
