Jam packed with halloumi, chorizo, fried egg & avo, this deadly combo is the perfect companion for a slow Sunday morning.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large sauté pan, fry chorizo and halloumi on both sides until golden brown. Remove from pan and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in sauté pan. Fry eggs until bases are crispy and whites are solid.
Cut bagels in half and toast to your liking.
Top bagels with HP sauce, avocado, red onion, bacon, halloumi and chorizo. Season with salt and pepper.
