THE PASTRAMI & SAUERKRAUT BAGEL

Ingrediants

  • Serves 4
  • 3 tablespoons mild mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 300g pastrami
  • 1/3 cup sauerkraut
  • 4 x The Parmesan ABE'S Bagels
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper

Just like a Reuben sandwich. But better.

Because it’s a bagel.

Method

Lightly toast bagels.

Smear a spoonful of mustard and mayonnaise onto each bagel. Top with Swiss cheese, pastrami and sauerkraut. Season with salt and pepper.
