THE BACON, EGG & HOLLANDAISE

Ingrediants

  • 8 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 8 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons tomato relish
  • 1/3 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 4 x The Everything ABE'S Bagels
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper

It’s bacon, egg, and hollandaise sandwiched between two slices of garlicky, Everything goodness. Need we say more?

 

Method

Place bacon on a lined baking tray and grill on both sides until golden brown.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick frypan over a medium heat. Fry the eggs until the whites are set and yolks are cooked to your liking.

Cut bagels in half and toast until golden brown.

Smear a spoonful of relish on the base of each toasted bagel. Top with bacon, fried egg, hollandaise sauce and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
