BANANA, MAPLE AND MASCARPONE

Ingrediants

  • 200g mascarpone
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 4 x ABE'S Cinnamon & Raisin
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 bananas, sliced

Method

In a bowl, mix together mascarpone, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.

Cut bagels in half and toast to your liking.

Melt butter in a nonstick pan over a medium heat. Add the sliced banana and fry until golden and caramelised.

Smear a generous spoonful of the mascarpone mix onto each bagel. Top with banana and extra maple syrup.
